Throughout the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Revel Broker Productions LLC.
We offer our website, Patreon, Discord, and Google Drives, including all information and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By becoming a patron on Patreon, visiting our Discord server or Google Drives, and/or completing a transaction with us, you engage in our “Service”
and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of our website, Discord server, Google Drives, and Patreon including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/or merchants.
Revel Broker digital files and physical master dice are intended exclusively for the purpose of handmade dice creation and handmade dice sales.
They are not to be used to start a digital file, mold, or master dice shop.
ï¿ All digital files and printed physical master dice created by Revel Broker are for your home or your shop use only.
ï¿ The user is allowed to sell or otherwise distribute the handmade dice created from downloading, printing, and molding Revel Broker digital files.
ï¿ The user is allowed to sell or otherwise distribute the handmade dice created from molding Revel Broker physical master dice.
ï¿ The user is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or selling Revel Broker digital files, molds created from Revel Broker digital files,
or physical master dice created from Revel Broker digital files.
ï¿ We ask users to refrain from claiming they have created Revel Broker digital files or physical master dice publicly or privately.
ï¿ We appreciate shout-outs and encourage users to tag Revel Broker Productions when making a post with our products.
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights associated with
Revel Broker digital files and physical master dice, are owned by Revel Broker Productions LLC.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses to the intellectual property.
Any modifications, adaptations, or derivative works created from the Revel Broker digital files,
including but not limited to files which have been downloaded and edited by the user, remain the intellectual property of Revel Broker Productions LLC.
You acknowledge and agree that any changes made to the Revel Broker digital files do not transfer ownership.
The original intellectual property rights and therefore the terms of service of Revel Broker Productions LLC persist,
regardless of modifications made by users.
All patrons who violate these terms will be permanently removed from Google Drive access, regardless of Patreon tier.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and attorney fees.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service.
It is your responsibility to check this document periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Google Drives, website, Discord server, or Patreon following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
