Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Revel Broker Productions LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing our digital files or physical master dice through our website (or any other channel where they are made available), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all purchasers of STL files sold by Revel Broker Productions LLC, including users who browse, download, print, and/or sell products created using our files.

License Grant
By purchasing or downloading Revel Broker master dice or digital files from our website (or any other channel), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files solely for the purpose of creating and selling handmade dice.
This license does not include any rights to:
• Resell, reproduce, distribute, or modify the original master dice or digital files.
• Sell or distribute molds based on the master dice or digital files.
• Operate a digital file shop, mold shop, or master dice shop using or based on Revel Broker master dice or digital files.

Purpose and Intended Use
Revel Broker master dice and digital files are intended exclusively for the purpose of handmade dice creation and the sale of those dice. They are not to be used to start or operate a business based on digital file sales, mold production, or master dice creation.
• All digital files and printed master dice created by Revel Broker are for use in your home or your shop only.
• You are allowed to sell or otherwise distribute the handmade dice created from downloading, printing, and molding Revel Broker digital files.
• You are allowed to sell or otherwise distribute the handmade dice created from molding Revel Broker master dice.
• You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or selling the master dice or digital files themselves, any molds derived from these master dice or files, and any physical master dice produced directly from our digital files.
• You are prohibited from claiming that you created or designed any of the Revel Broker intellectual property, whether publicly or privately.
• While attribution is not mandatory, we appreciate shout-outs and encourage users to tag Revel Broker Productions when posting with our products.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, associated with Revel Broker master dice and digital files remain the exclusive property of Revel Broker Productions LLC. Any modifications, adaptations, or derivative works created from or based on our digital files or physical master dice are strictly prohibited. Any changes made do not transfer any ownership rights, and all original intellectual property rights persist regardless of any attempted modifications.

Usage Limitations
• You are authorized to use the digital files solely for the purpose of creating and selling handmade dice.
• Any unauthorized modification, adaptation, or derivation of the digital files or master dice will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in enforcement actions.

Enforcement and Legal Action
Any violation of these Terms of Service will result in the permanent revocation of your access to our digital files and any future purchasing privileges, even if such files are later made available to the public through other channels. Revel Broker Productions LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any violator. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, attorney fees, and any other legal remedies as determined by a court of law.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Albany, NY, and both parties will be responsible for their own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising under or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Albany, NY.

Updates to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for changes. Your continued use of our digital files or access to our intellectual property following any updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
