Shadow-Touched Treasures is the latest with our ongoing plan for DMTV collection releases. It’s where we focus on a specific theme and cross that with options for a specific Class in DND 5e. We continue to spin old designs back into new styles by borrowing assets from our Art Nouveau Intricate set into some Rogue themed items, weapons, and magic items. Art Nouveau was originally released in March 2022 as a bimonthly Patreon reward. For a limited time we're bringing it back at a lower price for patrons!
First off, we wanted a WIDE range of dice styles to reflect the options Rogues carry along with their builds. Not losing cohesion was important despite the shapes being different so we carried art across the dice as a theme to tie them back together despite their differences. When designing, I wanted CHOICE to stand tall here. Where even if you don’t want the full pack of options we offer, you can walk away with a few designs that fit your shop.
Kuenstler is the font of choice for this one. It has that Rogue feel ya know? A bit fancy, a bit cliche, but cunning as well.
Inserts for ALL of these shapes are available through the "Blank Insert" listing here on the patron shop.
For anything except the Reliable Talent D20, please copy & paste name of the design you'd like the insert for, order a standard-sized blank, and select any font depth prompts. For the Reliable Talent D20 please order large-sized blank and follow the same steps.

Below is a description of each Shadow-Touched Treasures die from Jay.
Reliable Talent D20. Although we have offered a Reliable Talent D20 for years (I actually think it was my first ever specialized die predating the weather dice) we thought it deserved an upgrade. We kept the serpentine dagger imagery but now it covers all numbers 1-10 on the crown and base of the die. We left the high faces clean with only font to give you a break when it comes to resin coverage.
Purple Worm Poison D6. This is a COMPLETE experiment. I made a twisted d6 bottle, very simple, but added a twist; an insert with teeth. These teeth when pointing up inside the die can be made to look like a gaping maw of a Purple Worm. Its the best way in my eyes to get that 3d effect without having to sacrifice polish ease. I also just wanted something dramatic for a such a high powered poison.
Ring of Evasion. This one is a no brainer. Literally took our most "Ring-like" model we had for a d6 and remade the official art for ROE for 5e. There ARE gems in the corners like our last ring style die but there is no 3d gem inside this one to annoy you ha. This IS a d6 but is meant to be a D3 and is used to remind yourself to roll for your charges at dawn, then as a counter to how many charges you have left.
Vial of Poison D4. This is a staple. And if I’m being frank I thought it was going to look terrible. But it’s my fave of the set. The die speaks for itself but it’s good to know it fits the insert that can go into vials that we have offered in the past.
Bracer of Daggers. I admit I have never even heard of this somehow. But in researching I wanted a magic item that really fit the Rogues build. This one popped out at me. We made a special head to add throwing knife art to the faces of a gem die, but also gave it some simple stars to carry the idea that the daggers are magical and appear and disappear, as noted in the items description. It’s good to note we put this on a D8 body but is technically a D4.
Simple Dagger D4. This is another no brainer. I REALLY wanted to (and burnt WAY too much time on) trying to make a dagger looking die. But I settled on a less extravagant and to the point (pun intended) model. It’s a crystal head on an Enigma D4. A mod if you will.
Shadow Blade D8. A fun little treat of a magic item Shadow Blade seemed a good way to keep things tilted in the edgy direction. With 2d8 psychic damage value we added some simple wisps to the art to give that feel of a shadow strike. On the high face, a special art depicting the hit actually striking down gives an added effect. This is built on an Enigma D8 to give that twisted magic feel.
Steak Attack D6. Ah finally we land on sneak attack. Obvious reasons for this one. I didn’t want to touch it yet since it’s so iconic. But let’s visit and revisit later. This one is our first "standard" sized "cosmos" or jewel shape. The homemade Rogue art is on the head with flipped numbers to make it easier to read. I left the jewel itself clean of art for a nice polished look.
